  1. It is mainly used for the inspection of crack defects in any direction on the outer surface, end face and near surface of workpiece parts by the wet magnetic particle method.
  2. It can conduct circumferential magnetization and longitudinal magnetization, as well as one-time composite magnetization to conduct a full – range inspection for various cracks and minute defects of workpieces.
  3. This equipment is systematically controlled by the PLC program and has the functions of manual control and automatic control. It realizes the semi-automated control of a series of actions such as loading, cylinder clamping, liquid spraying, composite magnetization, (rotating) observation and demagnetization. It is simple to operate, practical and reliable.
